(a) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JunMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the JunMart App.

(b) JunMart's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the JunMart App or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JunMart for the use of the JunMart App.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
