Terms and Conditions for Super Fruits Farm Entrance Ticket:

Ticket Validity:
1.1. The Ticket is valid only as an entrance pass to visit our Super Fruits Farm located in Senai, Johor, on the selected calendar date and within the specified time frame specified during the purchase.
1.2. The Ticket is transferable but can only be used once.
1.3. The Ticket must be presented to the authorized staff upon arrival at the entrance for validation, along with the corresponding order number or order ID.

Ticket Types:
2.1. Children Ticket: Valid for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years old.
2.2. Adult Ticket: Valid for individuals aged 12 years and above.

Ticket Usage:
3.1. Each ticket grants admission for one person to the Super Fruits Farm on the specified date and within the designated time frame only.
3.2. The Ticket is valid for a single entry and cannot be used for re-entry once it has been validated.
3.3. The Ticket does not guarantee any additional services, activities, or access to specific areas within the Super Fruits Farm unless otherwise stated.

Ticket Restrictions:
4.1. The Ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
4.2. The Ticket is void if altered, tampered with, or used for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Visitor Responsibilities:
5.1. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate personal information during the purchase process.
5.2. The Purchaser must select the correct calendar date and time frame for entry to the Super Fruits Farm.
5.3. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Super Fruits Farm and its management shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the visit to the Super Fruits Farm.
5.4. The Purchaser must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Super Fruits Farm staff for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

Modifications to Terms:
6.1. The Super Fruits Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of posting on the Application.
